We aim to deliver every order from Alis Eden with care and efficiency. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
📦 Shipment Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days from our warehouse in Brisbane, Australia.
🚚 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- We use Australia Post for all deliveries.
- Standard Post: 2–10 business days (depending on your location)
- Express Post: Available at checkout for faster delivery
Local pickup is available upon request. Please contact us at manager@aliseden.com.au before placing your order if you wish to collect in person.
✉️ Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once your order has been dispatched. This email will include your tracking number(s), which will become active within 24 hours.
💰 Customs, Duties & Taxes
All prices are inclusive of 10% GST. We currently do not ship outside Australia.
💔 Damages or Delivery Issues
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at manager@aliseden.com.au within 7 days of delivery, including clear photos of the product and packaging.
Please keep the original packaging until your claim has been resolved. We’ll do our best to make it right for you 💕
