We hope you love every piece from Alis Eden. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to help you with an exchange or return according to the policy below.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
- Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
💗 If the item is faulty or we sent the wrong size/style
- We will cover both return and reshipping costs.
- Please email us with clear photos before sending the item back.
💛 If you wish to exchange for another size or style
We understand that shopping for children’s sizes can sometimes be tricky — we’re happy to help you find the right fit.
- We do not offer refunds for change of mind or sizing issues.
- You may request one exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Return postage back to us is at the customer’s cost, and we’ll cover the cost of sending the replacement item to you.
💌 How to Request an Exchange
Please email us at manager@aliseden.com.au with your order number and relevant photos (if applicable). We’ll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.
🕊️ Additional Notes
- Items marked as sale, clearance, or accessories are not eligible for return or exchange unless faulty.
- For hygiene reasons, accessories cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
- We reserve the right to refuse items that do not meet the above conditions.
